Flag has been hand carved and finished into a wave and painted with variations of blue for unique look. Stenciled and painted with black and red, allowing wood to show through. Meant for indoor or protected outdoor locations. Not meant to be hit with weather. Made in Ontario. Measures 30” x 17” tall. made to order.
